Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Buena is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our competitive advantage in the M&A sector by sourcing and hiring tech-savvy talent for our property management acquisitions. You will take full responsibility for a portfolio of over 500 employees and build proactive talent pools across Germany. You will work closely with the executive team and local management to ensure our new acquisitions are staffed with high-quality personnel.

Responsibilities

• Source talent across various channels for 80% of your time in the first months.
• Conduct initial screening interviews.
• Build, optimize, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Implement a CRM to ensure recruitment efficiency.
• Link the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline.
• Systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.
