Tech Talent Acquisition Intern / Apprentice

About the role

Pigment is seeking a final-year intern or apprentice to join their in-house Tech Talent Acquisition team. You will support the recruitment of Engineering and Product talent while developing skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, and interviewing. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects in areas such as employer branding, campus programs, or recruitment process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential tech candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Write personalised outreach to spark conversations with prospective talent.
• Build and maintain talent pools while tracking candidate progression.
• Shadow recruiters and participate in hiring discussions to learn assessment techniques.
• Review applications and conduct initial interviews with team coaching.
• Lead or support defined projects in employer branding, campus relations, or recruitment process optimisation.
