Senior Growth Marketeer

About the role

As a Senior Growth Marketeer, you will be independently responsible for the marketing strategy and execution for one of the labels within an ambitious, growing organization. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on implementation, managing everything from SEO and website optimization to performance marketing campaigns. This role requires a pragmatic professional who can manage budgets, analyze results, and drive commercial growth while working closely with the label director.

Responsibilities

• Developing and independently executing annual and quarterly marketing strategies for your label.
• Translating commercial objectives into concrete marketing plans and campaigns.
• Setting up, executing, and optimizing campaigns, including SEO, website optimization, content, and performance marketing.
• Strengthening the marketing foundation, including website performance and conversion.
• Managing the marketing budget and steering for return on investment.
• Analyzing and adjusting results such as lead generation, CAC, and ROAS.
• Coordinating directly with the label director regarding progress, opportunities, and bottlenecks.
