Finance Data Scientist

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking a Finance Data Scientist to serve as the first dedicated analytics partner to the Finance team. You will transform billing, revenue, and forecasting data into audit-ready insights while shaping pricing and planning decisions as the company scales. This role involves building forecasting models, reconciling financial data, and translating complex finance questions into actionable analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own finance-facing analysis including revenue and ARR reconciliation, cohort and retention economics, and pricing experiments.
• Partner with Analytics Engineering to maintain the certified finance KPI layer and ensure data accuracy.
• Build forecasting and scenario models used directly by FP&A for planning and board reporting.
• Translate ambiguous finance questions from leadership and RevOps into clear, reusable analysis.
