Regional SEO Team Lead

About the role

The Regional SEO Team Lead will own the delivery, growth, and operational excellence of SEO services across a key global region. This senior operational leadership role oversees a regional team, ensuring high-quality delivery within global frameworks while driving innovation and maintaining commercial health. The position bridges strategic direction with regional execution and holds shared responsibility for client account growth, retention, and margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all SEO delivery across Technical SEO, On-Page SEO and AIO/GEO in the assigned region.
• Oversee regional SEO resourcing, capacity planning, and project prioritization.
• Ensure projects and deliverables are executed according to defined metrics and remain in budget.
• Drive SEO account growth within the region, identifying upsell opportunities and supporting pre-sales.
• Manage and mentor SEO specialists within the region, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Participate in key client calls and support strategic reviews to ensure SEO contributes to client success.
• Act as a champion of AI and GenAI innovation to enhance delivery, scalability, and performance outcomes.
