Product Manager

About the role

Finway is seeking an experienced Product Manager for a two-year parental leave replacement, with the potential for a permanent position thereafter. You will lead both operational and strategic product management, acting as a bridge between software development, design, customer success, and marketing to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and provide value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Collaborate with developers on technical architecture and implementation, particularly regarding partner integrations.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Product Marketing to align features and positioning.
• Conduct workshops, customer meetings, and product webinars to gather feedback and support sales.
• Design product solutions, write detailed specifications, and manage the product backlog.
• Perform quality assurance testing and manage internal and external release communications.
