Senior Produkt Manager

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will lead both operational and strategic product management, acting as a bridge between software development, design, customer success, and marketing. This role involves guiding the development team through agile ceremonies, managing the product backlog, and ensuring initiatives are executed to provide value to customers. The position is a two-year parental leave replacement with the potential for a permanent contract afterward.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Collaborate with developers on technical architecture and implementation, including partner integrations.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Product Marketing to align product features with market needs and support enterprise sales.
• Conduct customer workshops, interviews, and webinars to gather feedback and solve complex use cases.
• Define product solutions, write detailed specifications, and manage the backlog and bug-fix prioritization.
• Perform quality assurance testing and manage release communications, including documentation and tutorials.
