About the role

The AI Governance Senior Consultant will lead complex governance projects and advise organizations on risk, compliance, and strategic AI implementation. The role involves designing frameworks, ensuring adherence to international standards like the EU AI Act, and mentoring junior team members. You will act as a key advisor to executives, translating regulatory requirements into practical organizational and technical measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex governance projects and assume strategic responsibility for AI framework implementation
• Advise executives and decision-makers on regulatory risks and EU AI Act compliance
• Design and implement policies, procedures, and accountability structures for AI governance
• Oversee the implementation of governance processes and initiate continuous improvements
• Conduct or accompany information security audits and support ISO management systems
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to foster team knowledge transfer
• Prepare decision materials and present project results in workshops
