About the role
Harvey is seeking an Associate Commercial Counsel to join our legal team in Munich. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial AI SaaS contracts while supporting the growth of the DACH region as our first in-house counsel in Munich. You will report to the Head of EMEA Legal and work closely with our Go-To-Market team to ensure efficient agreement execution.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts
- Help develop the legal function in EMEA under the leadership of the Head of EMEA Legal
- Support the growth of the DACH region as the first in-house counsel in Munich
- Work on other legal issues as they arise
