Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

Buena is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our M&A strategy by sourcing and hiring tech-savvy talent for our property management acquisitions. You will be responsible for building talent pools across Germany and ensuring our portfolio companies are staffed with high-performing individuals. This role involves working closely with our HQ leadership and local managers to redefine the property management profession.

Responsibilities

• Source talent via various channels for 80% of your time in the first months
• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Build, optimize, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process
• Implement and manage a CRM to ensure recruiting efficiency
• Link the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline
• Systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools
