About the role

GENO Broker is developing a new digital neo-brokerage offering for the Genossenschaftliche FinanzGruppe, combining startup dynamics with the strength of a large financial group. The HR-Recruiter/Talent-Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and shaping the employer brand. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to define requirements and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and act as a point of contact for hiring managers.
• Define and refine job profiles in collaboration with department heads.
• Conduct active sourcing and manage candidate communications.
• Organize and conduct interviews and selection processes.
• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and social media recruitment activities.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics.

Qualifications
