Functional Consultant (Finance Systems / ERP Implementation)

About the role

Launchpad Technologies is seeking a Functional Consultant to join a specialized Professional Services team implementing cloud-based Spend Management and Accounts Payable Automation solutions. This customer-facing role requires a blend of finance knowledge and implementation experience to guide international clients through system configuration and process modernization. You will act as a trusted advisor, managing multiple implementation projects while ensuring successful platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Managing implementation projects, tracking timelines, milestones, and project deliverables.
• Leading functional consulting activities, including discovery sessions to identify business requirements.
• Understanding customers' finance and procurement processes.
• Translating business needs into system configuration following best practices.
• Advising customers on process improvements, 3-way matching rules, and automation opportunities.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and Go-Live activities.
• Helping customers successfully adopt the platform and maximize business value.
• Managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
