Head of Crypto

About the role

The Head of Crypto will lead the expansion of Satispay into the cryptocurrency and Web3 space. This role involves executing a high-potential strategy, building and scaling a cross-functional team, and overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of crypto products. You will work closely with the founding team to ensure alignment with the company's mission while navigating the European regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Hire and structure a dedicated, high-performing cross-functional team from the ground up.
• Take ownership of the existing crypto roadmap and drive its execution to deliver immediate impact.
• Partner with founders and C-level executives to align the crypto rollout with the company mission.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of crypto products from infrastructure setup to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure products align with European regulations like MiCA.
• Establish relationships with key crypto ecosystem players including exchanges, custodians, and liquidity providers.
