Planning & QS Engineer

About the role

The Planning & QS Engineer will oversee project planning, quantity surveying, and billing for a 110 Triplex Villa project. The role involves reporting to the Project Manager and ensuring project timelines and budgets are strictly maintained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare master schedules and conduct weekly tracking to ensure project progress.
• Manage slippage recovery plans to keep the project on track.
• Handle document control including drawings, DBR, MOM, and project reports.
• Conduct valuation, vendor bill certification, and cost variation analysis.
• Perform budget tracking and Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
