About the role
The Senior Planner will play a key role in shaping programme controls and driving consistency across complex, multi-stakeholder airport infrastructure projects. This role involves managing Level 3/4 P6 programmes, supporting NEC contract administration, and collaborating with commercial, risk, and design teams to ensure schedule alignment. The successful candidate will help embed planning standards within a growing team while supporting the delivery of major airfield and terminal developments.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and progress the Level 3/4 P6 programme for the Airfield & Civils works
- Support NEC contract administration including reviewing contractor programmes, Compensation Events and delay analysis
- Produce weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards and trend analysis for the programme team
- Work closely with commercial, risk and design teams to keep cost, schedule and change control aligned
- Attend and contribute to progress/programme meetings, presenting schedule status to stakeholders
- Support what-if scenario modelling as scope evolves, and inform re-baselining where required
- Help embed consistent planning standards within a relatively new and growing team
