About the role

The Project Manager will lead large-scale IT projects with societal relevance, utilizing agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies. You will translate client requirements into IT solutions, manage interdisciplinary teams, and act as a Product Owner in agile setups. The role involves advising clients on digital transformation and managing stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Realize large-scale IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes within interdisciplinary teams
• Act as a Product Owner in agile project setups
• Accompany clients throughout the project duration regarding digital transformation and portfolio solutions
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and interface between internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate client workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital solution implementation
• Identify optimization potential and proactively manage change processes
