Senior Software Engineer - Product Builder

About the role

Seyna is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Product & Engineering team to build internal tools that enhance company-wide productivity. You will work closely with business teams to identify operational challenges, design and implement AI-integrated solutions, and manage the full development lifecycle. This role requires a blend of technical engineering expertise and product discovery skills to deliver high-impact, scalable tools.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in business teams to understand processes, regulatory constraints, and daily pain points.
• Conduct user research through interviews and process analysis to identify high-impact problems.
• Manage your own backlog and prioritize tasks based on business value.
• Translate requirements into concise specifications and documented architectural decisions.
• Develop, test, and deploy solutions with a focus on production-grade quality and minimal technical debt.
• Integrate AI agents and automation into tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Define success metrics, measure tool adoption, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
