Enterprise Architect Director

About the role

Celonis is seeking a senior leader to grow and manage a team of Enterprise Architects. This role involves acting as an executive sponsor for customer accounts, translating strategic goals into technical plans, and fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive revenue and innovation in Enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects defining architecture, data, and cloud strategy for large client accounts.
• Act as an executive sponsor in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases, presenting strategic visions to C-level executives.
• Guide the design of architectures that drive enterprise modernization and leverage innovative solutions like Agentic AI.
• Serve as a leadership bridge between internal product and engineering teams and client teams to ensure premier technical service delivery.
• Oversee the assessment of customer IT landscape maturity and coach account teams on architecture, integration, and scalability.
• Direct the development of re-usable project assets and customer-facing thought leadership presentations.
