About the role
The Enterprise Architect for Modern Workplace will own the end-to-end target architecture for the company's workplace estate, including identity, client devices, productivity tools, and office technology. This role provides strategic technical coherence, setting standards and guardrails to ensure a secure, integrated, and future-ready employee experience. The architect will act as the design authority for cross-tower changes and advise leadership on technology strategy and emerging capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the target-state architecture for the Modern Workplace estate.
- Set cross-tower architecture principles, standards, and technology roadmaps.
- Act as the design authority for all major and cross-tower workplace change.
- Architect the integration across identity, devices, collaboration, and voice services.
- Embed security-by-design, zero-trust, and data protection across every domain.
- Assure that partner-delivered designs align with company architecture and standards.
- Own the workplace technology strategy, build-vs-buy decisions, and horizon-scanning for emerging capabilities.
