Founder’s Associate

About the role

As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the CEO to learn the fundamentals of company management. You will gain insight into decision-making processes and take on increasing responsibility over time. This role is designed for a student who wants to contribute to business operations and support the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the CEO, staying informed on company operations and current projects.
• Manage stakeholder communication, coordinating with service providers and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed.
• Oversee administrative backend tasks including invoices, accounting, contracts, scheduling, reports, and tax advisor coordination.
• Monitor internal processes and identify issues or inefficiencies.
• Take ownership of independent projects and specific business areas as you grow in the role.
