About the role
As a Member of Technical Staff, you will build systems that automate complex human decisions in manufacturing operations. You will combine agent-based reasoning with mathematical optimization and simulation to help large-scale industrial companies manage their critical processes. This role involves end-to-end ownership of features, from understanding user needs to deploying solutions across the full stack.
Responsibilities
- Build the routing, orchestration, and guardrails for agent-based systems that manage factory operations.
- Own features end-to-end, including the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and frontend.
- Work closely with planners to identify and implement solutions that significantly improve their workflow efficiency.
- Develop scalable backend and infrastructure to handle massive amounts of structured and unstructured data.
