Senior Data Scientist

About the role

The Senior Data Scientist will join the Advanced Analytics team to lead technical innovation and drive engagement for Spring Health's core care coordination platform. This role involves developing advanced analytical strategies, including AI and predictive modeling, to improve member and provider experiences. The position requires a candidate who thrives in ambiguity and can drive rapid experimentation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytical strategy to improve engagement and outcomes across the care platform.
• Develop and apply advanced methods including AI, predictive modeling, classification, and clustering.
• Design and execute a rapid experimentation roadmap to test and scale workflow improvements.
• Serve as an embedded technical leader within the Care pod to influence product strategy and define success metrics.
• Work with large, multi-source datasets to perform feature engineering and uncover novel insights.
