Senior Product Designer

About the role

Tremendous is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the design for a specific product area within a small, collaborative squad. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive interfaces, managing product copy, and contributing to the company's design system while working in a high-documentation, async environment. The role requires a focus on accessibility, internationalization, and leveraging AI tools to drive design strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Craft rational, elegant, and intuitive interfaces.
• Own the product copy in your designs.
• Contribute to the team’s vision, planning, and roadmap.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system.
• Document work heavily in Notion and Figma to support an async, international team.
• Use AI tools throughout the workflow for research, prototyping, and iteration.
• Push forward and maintain a high design bar and level of execution.
• Design for a diverse set of recipients with accessibility and internationalization in mind.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Experience at a startup or fast-moving product company
