About the role
The Principal, Risk and Insurance will own the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, business resilience planning, and the global insurance program for Akaysha Energy. This role is responsible for driving a risk-aware culture across the organization and providing strategic advice to support the company's energy transition projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and embed a strong risk culture.
- Drive business resilience planning, including incident management and business continuity programs.
- Own the global insurance strategy and portfolio to ensure effective coverage across corporate and project activities.
- Partner with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to manage renewals, claims, policy placement, and contractual risk exposures.
- Provide strategic risk and insurance reporting, advice, and training across the business.
