Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

As one of the first forward deployed engineers, you will sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and customers to guide deployments and support adoption. You will ensure customers have the insight and tools to achieve meaningful outcomes while helping hardware companies reinvent their workflows. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hardware engineering who enjoys solving customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win by managing custom demos and trial/POC execution.
• Understand and map customer workflows to showcase tailored solutions.
• Run technical enablement sessions through workshops, training, and joint solutions sessions.
• Shape the product roadmap by acting as the link between customers and the engineering team.
• Build the go-to-market foundation by designing technical playbooks, implementation guides, and training materials.
