About the role

The Projektleiter / Teamleiter will take operative responsibility for a customer project within a logistics environment. This role involves ensuring stable operations, reliable personnel planning, and the achievement of quality, productivity, and performance targets while acting as a central interface between employees, clients, and management.

Responsibilities

• Operative leadership of a logistics team at a customer project site.
• Management of personnel, deployment, and capacity planning.
• Monitoring and achievement of production goals, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
• Analysis of processes to identify and implement optimization potential.
• Professional and organizational development of the team and onboarding of new employees.
• Ensuring clear communication between staff, clients, and management.
• Documentation of performance, developments, and relevant deviations.

Qualifications
