DevOps Engineer

About the role

Schuberg Philis is seeking a T-shaped engineer to join their mission-critical IT team. You will work in cross-functional, self-steering teams to design, build, and manage secure, reliable platforms while automating processes and supporting customer applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure Linux environments including Debian and Red Hat
• Build and maintain on-premises and cloud-based Kubernetes environments
• Automate infrastructure and workflows using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and certificate management
• Troubleshoot and tune database performance for systems like MySQL and MongoDB
• Design and implement L2/L3 networking solutions including BGP and firewalling
• Facilitate technical workshops and produce clear technical documentation
