About the role

As an Application Engineer, you will provide technical support and consulting to international clients regarding machinery and dispensing systems. You will conduct customer training, laboratory tests, and application trials while developing technical solutions. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting technical inquiries both on-site and at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and support to international clients for machinery and dispensing systems
• Conduct customer training, laboratory tests, and application trials
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs directly on equipment
• Support technical inquiries on-site at customer locations
• Attend customer meetings and trade fairs both domestically and internationally
• Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and solution-oriented manner

Qualifications
