About the role

The Team Lead Service Technician will manage and coordinate a team of 15-20 service technicians at the Leipzig location. This role involves administrative oversight, personnel development, process optimization, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through effective communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-20 service technicians in both professional and disciplinary matters
• Manage the administration, organization, and coordination of the service team
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and ensure team equipment is fully maintained
• Coordinate with internal interfaces and operational management
• Optimize material and logistics processes
• Organize training and development for the team
• Ensure the quality of the installation process in collaboration with quality inspectors
