About the role

As a student IT support assistant, you will support our internal IT team in maintaining a stable and efficient IT infrastructure. You will act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and malfunctions, ensuring that employees can work smoothly. You will assist with hardware and software configuration, documentation, and the onboarding of new staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support via phone, email, and in-person
• Configure, install, and maintain hardware and software components
• Assist with device rollouts and hardware replacements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and document solutions
• Maintain IT documentation and asset management records
• Instruct new employees on the use of IT systems and equipment
