About the role

Sicon Industrie- und Gewerbebau GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to oversee marketing activities for their growing group of companies. The role involves managing social media channels, maintaining websites, and producing authentic photo and video content from construction sites and company events. You will have significant creative freedom to develop and implement marketing strategies and advertising materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop social media channels for the entire corporate group.
• Plan, create, and publish content including posts, stories, and reels.
• Maintain and update company websites.
• Produce photo and video material on construction sites and at company locations.
• Plan and implement marketing and recruiting campaigns.
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
• Coordinate with external service providers and manage corporate branding.
