Social Media Manager

About the role

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for our organic social channels and influencer marketing end-to-end. You will translate our brand strategy into platform-native formats that resonate with Gen Z and establish Zenjob as the go-to platform for students seeking side jobs. You will also increase our B2B visibility and provide the growth team with creative assets and insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and own our organic social media strategy for both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Define platform-specific roles, target groups, and format logic for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage editorial planning and hands-on production including concept, script, shooting, editing, copy, and publishing.
• Develop innovative, platform-native campaign ideas in collaboration with the Brand Lead.
• Oversee community management, establish guidelines, and manage escalation paths for critical topics.
• Manage influencer marketing end-to-end, including creator identification, negotiation, briefing, and performance evaluation.
• Manage a network of creators and users, utilize user-generated content, and steer freelancers and agencies.
• Collaborate with analytics to measure performance and conduct trend analysis.

Qualifications
