About the role

NetBird is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own the end-to-end hiring process as the company scales. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, GTM, and Operations, partnering with founders and team leads to build an effective hiring engine. This role involves proactive sourcing, managing candidate relationships, and shaping the company's employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring across Engineering, GTM and Operations, from role kickoff to offer and close.
• Source proactively for technical roles through GitHub, the open source community, and events.
• Run initial candidate conversations and manage the candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, scorecards, and interview loops.
• Manage job postings, interview plans, and pipeline reporting to optimize hiring efficiency.
• Collaborate with founders on offer negotiations and closing.

Qualifications
