The Data Analyst & Automation Engineer will analyze data across various projects to create actionable reports and dashboards for management and clients. This role involves setting up and maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity from telephony, ticketing, and CRM systems, and building automated workflows to streamline processes. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with project management and IT to implement efficient, scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from all projects to create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Set up and maintain databases to ensure clean data integration from telephony, ticket, and CRM systems.
• Extract, clean, and structure data from various interfaces and exports.
• Build automated workflows and processes using tools like n8n or Make to reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with project management and IT to identify and implement process improvements.
