About the role

The student will be responsible for building and managing the HEJ TikTok channel by developing creative video concepts, scripts, and content. This role involves filming, editing, and analyzing video performance to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals. The candidate will work closely with the Content & Communications team to integrate trends and creative ideas into the brand's editorial plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan video scripts and creative formats for TikTok
• Film and edit short-form video content including product features and behind-the-scenes moments
• Identify and implement TikTok trends relevant to the brand
• Manage content planning within an editorial calendar
• Analyze video performance and prepare monthly reports
• Collaborate with the Content & Communications team to ensure brand consistency
