Director, UK Enterprise Sales

About the role

The Director, UK Enterprise Sales will lead monetization efforts across multiple verticals including CPG, Tech, Auto, Travel, and Finance. Reporting to the UK Managing Director, this role involves building the business, managing a team of senior sellers, and serving as a member of the UK Senior Leadership Team. The position requires driving sales strategy, fostering executive relationships, and representing Pinterest externally as an industry spokesperson.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and execution for the multi-vertical business in the UK
• Develop market and competitive assessments to identify new growth opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with executive and operational teams at partner organizations
• Close strategic partnerships and scale revenue with advertisers
• Drive sales operational excellence and monitor key performance metrics
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing, diverse sales team
• Partner with Sales Operations and Measurement teams to analyze data trends and client performance
• Collaborate across the UK leadership team to contribute to overall country success
• Champion the use of AI-driven tools to improve sales effectiveness and team productivity
• Build strategic relationships with media agencies to unlock growth opportunities
