About the role

As a Communications Student Assistant, you will sit at the heart of the organization, helping to structure content and gather stories from colleagues. You will contribute to both internal and external communications, including managing LinkedIn content and creating visual assets like photos and videos. This role offers the opportunity to gain relevant work experience within an international rail logistics organization while balancing your studies.

Responsibilities

• Draft and post intranet messages for various companies within the group
• Gather stories, developments, and project updates from colleagues and develop them into content
• Contribute to the content planning for LinkedIn
• Create, write, and post LinkedIn content with a focus on visibility and employer branding
• Capture and edit photos and short videos during projects and events
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to collect information
• Propose improvements for internal and external communication strategies
• Develop new ideas for content, formats, and communication projects

Qualifications
