AI Program Manager

About the role

As an AI Program Manager, you will lead the internal implementation of artificial intelligence at catworkx, defining strategies and identifying opportunities to create tangible value. You will report directly to the management team and have significant creative freedom to shape standards and processes. Your role involves managing AI activities, prioritizing use cases, and ensuring compliance with EU AI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI activities, define expansion stages, and ensure transparency in adoption and costs through metrics.
• Evaluate and prioritize use cases with teams and build prototypes using low-code and no-code tools.
• Transition proven approaches into long-term automations, skills, and agents with clear ownership.
• Drive the adoption of AI solutions while ensuring security and accessibility.
• Design enablement formats for leadership and staff and serve as the central point of contact for AI-related inquiries.
• Prepare decisions regarding the tool landscape and monitor API and token usage.
