AI Software Engineer

About the role

Project Tricorder is building deployable clinical infrastructure for field operations, including rugged hardware and software for remote and contested environments. This role involves building the evaluation harness and training data pipeline for AI models, as well as developing a clinical knowledge base grounded in tactical combat care and medical standards. You will work closely with the founder and the build team to ensure clinical models are reliable and effective for real-world use.

Responsibilities

• Design labelling schemas and manage data labelling with clinical input
• Build reproducible pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform multimodal data
• Structure and catalogue video datasets for searchability and traceability
• Develop an automated harness to benchmark vision-language and NLP models
• Design the database schema and data store for clinical concepts and relationships
• Map clinical terminologies including SNOMED CT and ICD-10
• Extract entities and relationships from clinical text using NLP techniques
