About the role

MOTOR Ai is working to make Level 4 autonomous driving a reality in Europe. This role involves developing low-level solutions for autonomous vehicle sensor suites and managing the integration of hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Developing low-level solutions and features specifically tailored for autonomous vehicle sensor suites
  • Implementing and debugging sensor drivers and communication protocols, including TCP, UDP, and RTS
  • Managing hardware/software integration, vehicle parametrization, and comprehensive in-vehicle testing and debugging
  • Participating in the architectural design and implementation of robust software for autonomous systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design high-level sensor requirements
  • Contributing to the continuous creation and refinement of software development processes
  • Assisting electrical and mechanical engineers with the installation and integration of electronic equipment in vehicles
  • Ensuring thorough documentation of all development, implementation, and integration phases
