Full Stack Engineer

About the role

GlassDollar is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build the operating system for venture clienting, enabling large organizations to discover and adopt startup technology. You will take ambiguous problems, shape them with the product team, make technical decisions, and ship solutions that integrate into enterprise workflows. The role requires strong technical judgment, a focus on product impact, and the ability to work across the entire stack to improve system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise integrations into customer systems, data, identity providers, and workflows.
• Design and maintain public REST APIs and MCP servers for customers and AI agents.
• Implement AI features including embeddings, vector search, and LLMs to automate workflows.
• Develop core product features using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Manage permissions, migrations, performance optimization, and system reliability.
