Senior Finance Manager / Controller

Qunomedical is a Berlin-based HealthTech company digitizing healthcare through a patient-facing platform and a digital solution for clinics. We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations and contribute to strategic planning. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting and controlling tasks while driving financial growth and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily operational finance, accounting, and controlling tasks
• Support business planning and target reporting
• Define and monitor financial metrics and KPIs
• Develop and update the company financial model
• Ensure compliance with all German and EU legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, tax authorities, and cross-functional team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in controlling, accounting, and finance in an international start-up environment
