Senior Consultant

About the role

Meliorate is a management consultancy focusing on strategic and organizational issues for asset-intensive businesses such as energy and water network operators. As a Senior Consultant, you will independently manage project work packages, analyze complex problems, and develop actionable solutions while collaborating closely with clients. You will be responsible for presenting results to stakeholders and contributing to the internal knowledge base of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Analyze strategic and organizational issues to develop structured, actionable solutions
• Structure complex problems, evaluate data, and derive recommendations such as benchmarks and variance analyses
• Present findings and engage with stakeholders at various levels
• Manage work packages independently and take responsibility for their implementation
• Build professional networks within client organizations
• Contribute to internal initiatives and support knowledge development within the company
