About the role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive high-impact growth initiatives by opening new advertiser relationships, reviving paused accounts, and launching new verticals. You will work directly with the CRO and COO to balance strategic growth with operational excellence, utilizing data-driven decision-making and AI tools to scale revenue. This role requires a builder mindset to define processes and execute commercial negotiations in the competitive mobile gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a structured value creation plan to prioritize high impact growth levers for partners, while owning the full sales pipeline.
  • Systematically diagnose why paused or underperforming accounts are missing their full potential and execute recovery plans.
  • Take new verticals from idea to first revenue, mapping demand and landing the first reference partners.
  • Run special projects that make the commercial organization faster, from automating manual workflows to codifying best practices.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to unblock deals and shape integrations.
  • Build business cases and model deal economics using performance data to structure partnerships.
  • Translate market feedback into revenue-driving requirements for the product roadmap.
