Head of SEO

About the role

The Head of SEO will take ownership of an affiliate portfolio and scale it by driving SEO strategy across multiple sites and verticals. This role involves leading continuous market expansions, managing a team of SEO Content Managers, and collaborating with publishers to turn opportunities into measurable business results. The position offers the autonomy to set direction and prioritize high-impact initiatives within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies and own backlink campaigns across multiple affiliate sites.
• Launch new affiliate sites from scratch, including keyword clustering, topic mapping, and content structure.
• Conduct content audits, improve SERP feature capture, and manage link-building tactics to drive performance.
• Research publishers, size new markets, and assess traffic trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and develop a team of SEO Content Managers by setting priorities and coaching for growth.
