SEO Lead

About the role

The SEO Lead will take responsibility for scaling an affiliate portfolio by driving SEO strategy across multiple websites and verticals. This role involves leading a team of SEO Content Managers, launching new affiliate sites, and collaborating with global publishers to convert SEO potential into measurable business results. The position offers significant ownership and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for existing affiliate websites by developing and implementing long-term SEO strategies.
• Launch new affiliate websites end-to-end, from keyword clustering and content mapping to stakeholder coordination.
• Manage on-page and off-page performance, including content audits, SERP feature optimization, and link-building campaigns.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including market expansion and publisher research.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SEO Content Managers to ensure high performance and clear prioritization.
