About the role
ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within the financial services sector. The role involves partnering with large-scale institutions to implement conversational AI voice technology to improve customer service and operational efficiency. You will manage complex sales cycles, engage with diverse stakeholders, and act as a strategic advisor to help clients navigate the integration of generative AI.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of new accounts across banking, insurance, lending, and payments to meet revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for conversational AI to drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, competitive solutions, and AI governance trends.
- Execute account strategies across buying groups including CX, operations, product, technology, risk, compliance, and legal.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to manage Proof of Value projects and guide clients through security and architecture reviews.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to educate clients on generative AI and help shape the financial services sales playbook.
