AI Growth & Strategic Partnership Manager

About the role

Working directly with the Managing Director, you will shape and accelerate the commercial growth of PALO IT by combining strategic account development, executive relationship building, and ecosystem partnership management. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and collaborate with partners like Microsoft and GitHub to help organizations become AI Frontier Enterprises. This role involves both driving commercial performance and contributing to the evolution of the firm's AI-native consulting offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term account growth strategies and build relationships with C-level executives.
• Own commercial performance including forecasting, staffing, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Design and execute joint Go-To-Market initiatives with partners like Microsoft and GitHub.
• Coordinate executive engagements, client introductions, and innovation workshops.
• Contribute to strategic bids, executive workshops, and client presentations.
• Build scalable partnership playbooks and refine the Gen-e2 methodology.
