Director, Sales EU & RoW

About the role

The Director of Sales for EU & RoW will own bookings across Europe and the Rest of World, combining direct European sales leadership with the management of international distributor and partner networks. This role is responsible for driving regional strategy, managing sales performance, and building scalable commercial infrastructure to support international growth.

Responsibilities

• Own regional bookings, forecast accuracy, and sales operating cadence across Europe and RoW.
• Lead European direct sales and sales-aligned field application scientist resources.
• Establish regional territory strategies, account priorities, and opportunity plans.
• Manage performance of distributors and commercial partners through clear targets and business reviews.
• Drive opportunities through the complete commercial funnel from qualified opportunity to booked order.
• Identify underpenetrated markets and determine the appropriate direct, distributor, or partner-led go-to-market model.
• Support major strategic opportunities personally and coordinate executive engagement where needed.
• Coordinate Advanced Markets and New Markets activities within a coherent international growth strategy.
• Build scalable international commercial infrastructure while maintaining CRM, pipeline, and forecasting discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota carrying experience in life-science instrumentation or scientific capital-equipment sales
