This role involves identifying, attracting, and closing high-quality talent to drive operational excellence and scalable growth. You will partner with senior leadership to advise on hiring strategy and ensure the acquisition of top-tier professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring across G&A and business functions including People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Design, Communications and Operations.
• Source proactively and creatively from diverse talent pools in corporate and scale-up environments.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership regarding role design and organizational needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the company brand.
• Use data to track pipeline performance and improve hiring outcomes.
